Venues: The proximity of Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) and Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) makes it possible to host the conference at both universities — on good days, the towers of the two universities are even within eyesight. On the first two days, the conference will take place on the campus of TU Delft, and the third conference day will take place at the EUR campus in Rotterdam. As a conference attendee, this gives you the chance to either book a stay in the vibrant port city of Rotterdam or opt for the quieter student city of Delft with its historic city center. If you are staying in the city center of one of the two cities, the commute to the other university should take 30-45 minutes by public transport and less than 30 min. by driving.

International Travel: Delft and Rotterdam are well connected to the high-speed train networks from all neighboring countries (incl. England). If you travel by plane, you will most likely arrive at Schiphol airport in Amsterdam. From there, intercity trains bring you to the city centers of Rotterdam and Delft in 30-45 minutes. Alternatively, some European countries also offer flight connections to the Rotterdam The Hague airport, which is even closer to both cities. From England (to Rotterdam) and Norway (to Eemshaven), you could also consider ferry connections.
